Our admissions process is designed to be transparent, informative, and supportive, ensuring that both you and your child have the opportunity to fully experience what makes The Ivy different. What are your operating hours?Early education & nursery hours are from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm. Extended care is available at an extra cost. After the age of 3, children can join the Ivy's Enrichment Programs. The Ivy Enrichment hours: Monday - Friday: 4 pm - 7 pm Saturday: 10 am - 4 pm Sunday: 10 am - 2 pm

Can I have a tour before starting care?Yes you’re more than welcome to book a tour at any one of our centres. We can arrange tours at no charge, however all enrolment documents must be returned and parents must stay on the premises. Please note that tours must be booked in advance. We do not accept walk-in tours.

Do you have a minimum days that children need to attend care?Yes, we recommend a minimum of three days care. We believe your child will benefit from building strong trusting relationships with their educators and peers and settle in more quickly the more frequently they attend. Please note that at age 4, children must attend 5 days/week as per KHDA regulations.

What should my child bring to school care?Your child will only need a spare change of clothing, diapers, and a water bottle. If you choose to not opt into our meal plan, you must pack lunch and snacks. We supply a sunhat and bedding. For families who have littles ones in the nursery please bring bottles and formula/breast milk and if a comforter, such as pacifier, blanket or soft toys, is required please feel free to bring this along too.
